Welcome to the Inner Journey
Six-Month Training Program
You have chosen to begin a unique journey: a six-month training experience that will guide you through two parallel paths of transformation.
The Outer Journey
The first path is a physical, mental, and energetic preparation that will enable you to experience the Camino de Santiago with confidence, purpose, and serenity.
Through progressive physical conditioning, Ki Breathing, Zen Meditation, and Conscious Walking, you will develop the endurance, balance, and clarity needed to walk each stage with energy and meaning.
The Inner Journey
The second path takes place within you.
During these six months, you will learn to live with greater presence, breathe with deeper awareness, and transform your daily habits into sources of health, balance, and well-being.
Each practice, each walk, and each breath will become an opportunity to strengthen discipline, cultivate gratitude, and develop a resilience that will accompany you far beyond the Camino itself.

The Rhythm of the Camino
Week by Week, Step by Step
The training is organized into weekly stages.
Each new week will automatically unlock every 7 days from the date of your enrollment.
This rhythm reflects the true essence of the Camino: moving forward with patience, consistency, and awareness.
During each week, you will practice Ki Breathing, Zen Meditation, Conscious Walking, and physical preparation exercises designed to strengthen your body, mind, and energy.
To continue, you must complete the current week’s training. Once completed, the system will grant access to the next stage.
This program is not about moving fast.
It is about moving well.
The true purpose of this training is to build, day by day, the physical and mental strength needed to walk the Camino de Santiago while developing habits that will remain with you for the rest of your life.
