The spiritual path of life will take us through ups and downs, in Zen there is no difference. In order for us to go downhill with the wind, we must first go uphill against the slope.
The first step in our path starts with Zen Meditation, in it we will learn how to breath and concentrate. With determination and continued repetition, we will develop the Zen Patience necessary to develop the skills needed to reach Zen Action and apply it with total calmness and control.
