ABOUT ZEN IN MOVEMENT…

Zen in Movement is a triangle; in its three points it has the martial support that are: ZEN MEDITATION; PATIENCE ZEN and ACTION ZEN.

When we go up and down the spiritual path we find these steps:
The first step and base is the ZEN MEDITATION; then the KI BREATH the ZEN CONCENTRATION to reach the cusp and understand PATIENCE.   When descending the first step is the ZEN CALM, the ZEN CONTROL and the base the ZEN ACTION.

With the triangle we identify the Zen in Movement in its four states which is …   SHIN-KI-WAZA (Mind, Energy and Body) and JIPSU (Environment and knowledge).

ABOUT ZEN MEDITATION IN ZAZEN

As we sit down to do Zen Meditation, we will gradually enter into ourselves and we will go into a slow mental progress, we will begin to feel the moment of emptiness, of separating and selecting the thoughts, every day we will increase that freedom to progress progressing towards our interior in peace and tranquility, our emotions will be greater and we can control them in Zazen.

ABOUT ZEN IN MOVEMENT IN SHI ZEN TAI…

We will meditate standing and moving; We will learn to fix our mind on what we are doing by doing the breathing techniques in displacements with absolute concentration; which will allow us to dominate the movement and the moment to do it, we will increase the experience of moving mentally and physically in techniques that allow us to strengthen the union of energy with our mind and body.

ZEN JIPSU

It is our environment where and how we live, where we control everything our senses capture, we are ready to react, also the way of living in the moment. Jipsu is the control we can have over the situations and circumstances that we have created in our environment, from the past; the present and the future. Jipsu has internal action and external reaction that make a movement under our absolute control for our protection of the environment.

ABOUT ZEN IN MOVEMENT IN GOLF…

Zen is Meditation in Movement; in golf we can make our swing have all the high competition ingredients; This means that you can control your mental and physical emotions in those moments and succeed in it. Golf is 100% mental and of course physical to handle the body with the correct technique to find the exact shot as planned.
